We are looking for Referral Partnerships Manager candidates for a project delivered through the hiring partner.
What you'll do
- Onboard partners and explain the portal, opportunities, referral processes, and payout conditions.
- Serve as the main point of contact across Slack, email, and other channels.
- Build relationships through proactive outreach and regular check-ins.
- Track engagement and referral activity, resolve blockers, and escalate high-value referrals.
- Drive engagement and reactivate inactive partners.
- Maintain partner resources and use feedback to improve the program.
What you need
- Experience managing referral, affiliate, ambassador, or partner programs.
- Experience in partnerships, account management, customer success, community management, or business development.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple partners, priorities, and ongoing initiatives.
- Proactive problem-solving and strong ownership mindset.
- Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with referral, affiliate, ambassador, or partner programs.
- Familiarity with CRM, referral tracking, or partner management tools.
- Experience creating onboarding materials and partner communications.
