How the check works
A role counts as open to you when the provider states that it hires in your country, or worldwide, and every language it requires is one you listed. English is assumed. A language the provider lists as a preference never rules you out, and neither does a list that asks for any one of several languages when you speak one of them.
Roles that do not say where they hire are counted separately: nothing rules you out, but only the provider can confirm. See open roles by country or read why so many roles are US only.
