We are looking for Procurement & Vendor Management Expert candidates for a project delivered through the hiring partner.
What you'll do
- Design realistic, multi-step procurement and vendor management tasks with objective criteria for grading the output.
- Turn real procurement workflows into benchmark tasks that are realistic, difficult, and gradable against objective criteria.
- Design multi-step tasks drawn from real procurement work — supplier assessment, bid comparison, vendor risk analysis, contract review — with realistic reference files and clear instructions.
- Define objective grading criteria so two qualified reviewers would reach the same verdict on the same output.
- Build tasks that require judgment rather than lookup: ones where the right answer depends on reading the materials correctly.
- Create or source the supporting materials each task needs: RFP responses, pricing schedules, contracts, SLAs, risk assessments.
- Flag tasks that turn out to be ambiguous or ungradable instead of submitting them anyway.
- Deliver approved tasks on schedule and at the required quality level.
What you need
- No prior AI experience required.
Nice to have
- 5+ years of hands-on responsibility in procurement, sourcing, supplier assessment, or vendor management — direct ownership of the work, not supervisory-only or adjacent exposure.
- Experience creating or applying structured evaluation standards: supplier scorecards, weighted bid criteria, vendor risk frameworks, or category strategies.
- Comfortable working across contracts, spreadsheets, and reports at the same time.
- CIPS, CPSM or equivalent certification.
- AI or LLM evaluation experience.
