We are looking for Military Operations Expert candidates for a project delivered through the hiring partner.
What you'll do
- Evaluate AI-generated military scenarios for operational realism, tactical accuracy, and sound decision-making.
- Review military planning, combat operations, targeting, and weapons employment scenarios.
- Assess the application of Rules of Engagement (ROE), Law of Armed Conflict (LOAC), and operational constraints.
- Identify inaccuracies and provide clear, structured written feedback.
What you need
- Military operational experience in areas such as infantry, Special Operations Forces, combat aviation, artillery, targeting, air defense, naval operations, or military intelligence.
- Strong understanding of military operations, tactical planning, and operational decision-making.
- Ability to assess complex scenarios and communicate findings clearly in writing.
Nice to have
- Combat deployments, operational command, weapons specialization, or military instructional experience.
- Familiarity with ROE, LOAC, or international humanitarian law.
