We are looking for Human Resources Expert, German (Germany) candidates for a project delivered through the hiring partner.
What you'll do
- Create and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional tasks.
- Work in digital workspaces with documents, spreadsheets, email, chat and industry tools to create and review tasks.
- Build workspaces by reviewing files, memos and records.
- Draft realistic requests in German, grounded in local practice, regulations and terminology.
- Define grading criteria and check if an AI agent's work meets professional standards.
- Review AI work, identify mistakes, and correct them.
What you need
- Experience in HR (business partnering, employee relations, compensation or talent)
- Knowledge of German labor law, works councils (BetrVG), Tarifverträge and German payroll and social insurance
