We are looking for Education & Training Expert candidates for a project delivered through the hiring partner.
What you'll do
- Writing a teaching problem from your own classroom or course, with the level, the common misconception, and the constraint, plus the reference answer a model's attempt gets graded against
- Grading model-written explanations and lesson material: whether the explanation meets the learner where they are, whether the worked example is correct, whether the assessment measures what it claims to
- Flagging where a model's explanation is accurate and would still confuse a student, given prior knowledge, reading level, or the misconception it fails to address
What you need
- Professional experience teaching, tutoring, or designing instruction
- Clear written communication, since most of the work involves explaining your reasoning
- Comfort with ambiguous tasks, and willingness to flag unclear instructions
Nice to have
- Taught the material and seen where learners get stuck
