We are looking for Consulting Expert, Spanish (Spain) candidates for a project delivered through the hiring partner.
What you'll do
- Train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional tasks.
- Work in realistic digital workspaces, with documents, spreadsheets, email, chat and industry tools, to create and review the kinds of tasks you handle in your own job.
- Build workspaces by reviewing files, memos and records a real team would have for a project or case.
- Write tasks, drafting realistic requests in Spanish that a colleague or client might send, grounded in local practice, regulations and terminology.
- Define what good looks like by writing clear grading criteria and checking whether an AI agent's work would meet your professional standard.
- Review AI work, going through an agent's step-by-step work, spotting mistakes such as wrong calculations, missed details or incorrect local rules, and correcting them.
What you need
- Experience in management or strategy consulting
- Native or fluent in Spanish
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution in Spain
- Experience with strategy, operations and transformation work for clients in Spain

Pay and hours
This role pays $60/hr, for 21 h/week. The work is remote. That is about 8% below the $65 an hour median for business & operations roles open now.
