We are looking for Bilingual Dutch (Belgium) Generalist Expert — AI Safety candidates for a project delivered through the hiring partner.
What you'll do
- Write expert-level prompts in Belgian Dutch across a range of sensitive subject areas.
- Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.
- Flag adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns, and document the reasoning behind your judgments.
What you need
- Native or near-native fluency in Dutch as spoken in Belgium, plus business-level written English.
- Currently based in Belgium.
- Strong written reasoning and a high level of attention to detail.
- Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information.
Nice to have
- Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content.
- Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing.

Pay and hours
This role pays $48–$52/hr, for 7 h/week. The work is remote. That is in line with the $50 an hour median for AI & data roles open now.
