We are looking for Weapons Systems Operator candidates for a project delivered through the hiring partner.
What you'll do
- Evaluate AI-generated scenarios involving air defense, missile systems, naval weapons, or tactical aviation.
- Assess operational realism, weapons employment decisions, and mission procedures.
- Review scenarios for accuracy, sound reasoning, and alignment with Rules of Engagement (ROE) and the Law of Armed Conflict (LOAC).
- Identify unrealistic assumptions, technical inaccuracies, or operational errors and provide clear written feedback.
What you need
- Current or former military weapons systems operator with hands-on experience in air defense, missile operations, naval combat systems, or tactical aviation.
- Strong understanding of weapons employment, tactical decision-making, and military operational procedures.
- Ability to explain complex technical and military concepts clearly in writing.
Nice to have
- Experience with systems such as Patriot, THAAD, Aegis, NASAMS, or comparable military weapons platforms.
- Operational deployments, live-fire experience, or experience as a weapons instructor.

This role pays $40–$80/hr. The work is remote. That is in line with the $60 an hour median for other roles open now.
