We are looking for Software Engineer, Product Engineering candidates for a project delivered through the hiring partner.
What you'll do
- Build and scale full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Own features and systems end-to-end, from architecture to production.
- Develop reliable backend services, APIs, and performant frontend interfaces.
- Design and optimize databases, data models, and queries.
- Work closely with product, operations, and design to turn ideas into working solutions.
- Improve platform reliability, performance, and developer experience.
- Make practical technical decisions while balancing speed, quality, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve existing systems.
What you need
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js across the full stack.
- Experience as an early member of an engineering team, helping a startup grow and scale over time.
- A track record of building and scaling products in high-growth startup environments.
- AI-native mindset: You actively use AI coding tools (like Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) as part of your daily workflow and know how to get the most out of them.
- Experience taking products from idea to production and adapting systems as the business grows.
- Solid experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
- Experience with REST APIs, cloud platforms (AWS or similar), and modern backend architectures.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity, making decisions independently, and taking ownership of your work.
- A hands-on, problem-solving mindset with a bias toward shipping.
Nice to have
- Experience with NestJS, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, or DevOps.
- Experience building internal tools, developer platforms, or workflow automation.
- Exposure to AI-powered or data-heavy products.
- Experience improving architecture and engineering processes as a startup scales.
- Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and system reliability.
