You're a good fit if you
- Work as a Senior, Staff or Principal Software Engineer (or equivalent senior individual contributor)
- Actively contribute to open-source projects, with merged pull requests or commits in the last 6 months
- Maintain or contribute to projects with real adoption, such as 100+ GitHub stars or clear package usage

Pay and hours
This role pays $120/hr, for 40 h/week. The work is remote. That is about 50% above the $80 an hour median for software roles open now.
