We are looking for Senior Cargo and Parcel Claims Examiner candidates for a project delivered through the hiring partner.
What you'll do
- Review and analyze documentation related to cargo and parcel claims, including air waybills, shipment photos, and delivery records.
- Assess evidence to determine custody, liability, and compliance with release rules for disputed shipments.
- Draft clear and concise written rationales supporting custody and liability determinations.
- Examine origin and destination cargo photos, scrutinize air waybills, and assess delivery photo disputes.
What you need
- No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Nice to have
- 5+ years of professional experience in air cargo, ground handling, or parcel carrier claims examination or dispute resolution.
- Strong knowledge of custody determination, release rules, and liability assessment in air and ground freight contexts.
- Proven expertise handling parcel delivery disputes and interpreting freight documentation.
