We are looking for Private Equity Associate candidates for a project delivered through the hiring partner.
What you'll do
- Evaluate LLM models on private equity topics such as LBO structuring, deal screening, operational value creation, and exit strategy analysis.
- Create rubrics to assess model capabilities on tasks like fund return modeling (IRR, MOIC), due diligence frameworks, and portfolio company analysis.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and fellow finance experts to shape training methods, evaluation strategies, and benchmarks.
What you need
- 2+ years of experience in Private Equity (e.g., buyout funds, growth equity, distressed investing, or PE-focused advisory).
- Strong grasp of LBO modeling, deal evaluation, portfolio company management, and fund economics.
- Excellent English written communication.
Nice to have
- CFA (Level I/II/III), CPA, or MBA in Finance.
