We are looking for Medical and Health Services Managers candidates for a project delivered through the hiring partner.
What you'll do
- Evaluate AI-generated healthcare operations content and workflows.
- Evaluate AI-generated healthcare operations plans, staff assignments, compliance reviews, and other management artifacts for quality and accuracy.
- Compare AI-generated responses head-to-head based on operational soundness, regulatory compliance, and clinical-service feasibility.
- Review healthcare management scenarios involving budgeting, personnel administration, records management, and program planning and provide expert feedback.
What you need
- 4+ years of experience as a Medical and Health Services Manager, Clinical Director, Nurse Manager, Nursing Director, Health Information Manager, or another closely related healthcare management role.
- Experience directing or coordinating medical and health services across hospitals, clinics, managed care organizations, public health agencies, or similar settings.
- Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.
- Strong written English communication skills.

Pay and hours
This role pays $70–$110/hr. The work is remote. That is about 6% above the $85 an hour median for business & operations roles open now.
