Real estate reviewer for Project Rachel.
Review published legal-benchmark tasks in the real estate practice area: adjudicate public commentary raised against task prompts and grading rubrics, then complete structural QC across the prompt, the rubric and the attached source documents.
Typical work involves purchase and sale agreements, lease schedules, title and survey review, and closing deliverables, each with 10-100 source documents.
Private listing used as a shortlist. Not open for applications — candidates are added directly by the project team.
