Corporate M&A reviewer for Project Litt.
Review published legal-benchmark tasks in the corporate M&A practice area: adjudicate public commentary raised against task prompts and grading rubrics, then complete structural QC across the prompt, the rubric and the attached source documents.
Typical work is data-room red flag review, diligence memos, disclosure schedules and SPA-related tasks, each with 10-100 source documents.
