We are looking for Growth Equity Analyst candidates for a project delivered through the hiring partner.
What you'll do
- Evaluate LLM models on growth equity topics such as growth-stage company valuation, unit economics analysis, and investment memo writing.
- Create rubrics to assess model capabilities on tasks like revenue build modeling, cohort analysis, SaaS metrics evaluation, and deal structuring for growth rounds.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and fellow finance experts to shape training methods, evaluation strategies, and benchmarks.
What you need
- 2+ years of experience in Growth Equity (e.g., growth-stage investing, late-stage VC, or growth-focused PE funds).
- Strong grasp of growth-stage valuation, unit economics, scaling metrics, and investment structuring for minority and majority stakes.
- Excellent English written communication.
Nice to have
- CFA (Level I/II/III), MBA in Finance, or experience in high-growth operating roles.
