We are looking for Finance Expert, German (Germany) candidates for a project delivered through the hiring partner.
What you'll do
- Work in realistic digital workspaces, with documents, spreadsheets, email, chat and industry tools, to create and review the kinds of tasks you handle in your own job.
- Build workspaces by reviewing files, memos and records a real team would have for a project or case.
- Draft realistic requests in German that a colleague or client might send, grounded in local practice, regulations and terminology.
- Define what good looks like by writing clear grading criteria and checking whether an AI agent's work would meet your professional standard.
- Review AI work by going through an agent's step-by-step work, spotting mistakes such as wrong calculations, missed details or incorrect local rules, and correcting them.
What you need
- Experience in corporate finance, banking, investment or audit
- Native or fluent in German
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution in Germany
- Strong knowledge of German financial practice (HGB / IFRS, BaFin regulation, German tax rules)

Pay and hours
This role pays $75/hr, for 21 h/week. The work is remote. That is about 17% below the $90 an hour median for finance roles open now.
