We are looking for Family Medicine Physician (MD) candidates for a project delivered through the hiring partner.
What you'll do
- Annotate and review clinical content and medical records (office visit notes, assessments and plans, referrals, lab and imaging results, and care coordination documentation), ensuring accuracy, clinical soundness, and completeness.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for clinical accuracy, safety, and appropriateness across a broad range of patient populations, from pediatrics to geriatrics, and across acute, chronic, and preventive care.
- Apply clinical judgment and knowledge of evidence-based guidelines and standards of care to validate and enrich datasets.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders via written and verbal communication to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities in clinical documentation.
- Provide high-quality feedback on guidelines and edge cases to improve project workflows and model understanding.
Nice to have
- Active MD degree and, ideally, board certification in Family Medicine.
- Based in the United States and licensed to practice medicine in the U.S.
- Hands-on clinical experience in primary care or family medicine settings (e.g., clinics, community practices, health systems).
- Broad clinical exposure across common acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, and multiple patient age groups.
- Previous annotation or clinical review experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with both written and verbal communication, with a strong attention to clarity and detail.
