We are looking for Equity Research Analyst candidates for a project delivered through the hiring partner.
What you'll do
- Evaluate LLM models on research topics such as equity valuation, sector analysis, earnings estimate modeling, and investment thesis formulation.
- Create rubrics to assess model capabilities on tasks like DCF modeling, comparable company analysis, industry research, and initiating coverage reports.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and fellow finance experts to shape training methods, evaluation strategies, and benchmarks.
What you need
- 2+ years of experience in Equity Research, Credit Research, or Sell-Side/Buy-Side Research.
- Strong grasp of financial statement analysis, valuation methodologies, sector dynamics, and investment recommendation frameworks.
- Excellent English written communication.
Nice to have
- CFA (Level I/II/III) or MBA in Finance.
