Audio/Voice/Annotation Trainer - French Language

We are looking for Audio/Voice/Annotation Trainer - French Language candidates for a project delivered through the hiring partner.

What you'll do

  • Participate in a multi-speaker diarization project, engaging in natural, unscripted group conversations on assigned topics across various domains.
  • Respond to fellow speakers and contribute to realistic, engaging discussions, using your voice to convey appropriate emotion, personality, and tone.
  • Actively participate in the group conversation and provide clear, natural speech.
  • Join the assigned session at the exact date, time, and time zone provided.
  • Discuss assigned topics naturally with the other speakers in the session.
  • Speak regularly, respond to others, ask and answer questions, and contribute a fair share of the conversation.
  • Follow the topic guidance and keep the discussion interactive rather than reading a script or giving a formal speech.
  • Use natural conversational reactions, including brief overlaps and backchannels when appropriate.

What you need

  • Comfortable speaking and interacting in a group conversation.
  • Available for the full assigned session time and time zone.
  • Willing to speak and contribute actively; simply joining and remaining silent is not acceptable.
  • Able to follow instructions and discuss topics naturally without using a script.
  • Able to provide the required recording environment and microphone setup.
  • A proper external microphone with wired headphones is preferred. However, a good-quality wired headset with a built-in microphone is also acceptable if it provides clear, muffle-free audio. A basic or low-quality headset alone is not sufficient.
  • Laptop speakers, Bluetooth earphones, or open speakers are not acceptable during recording.
  • Use the same microphone, headphones, and device for the session which you will be using for the audio sample submission during job application.
  • Record in a quiet room without TV, music, fan noise, traffic, pets, or other people talking.
  • Position the microphone consistently and speak clearly at a natural volume. Avoid echo, reverb, distortion, clipping, typing, tapping, or handling the device near the microphone.
  • Be available for the assigned date and time in the specified time zone, and ready to participate and contribute throughout the full session. Only joining the session and remaining silent will not be considered as contribution.
