Radiologist (MD) — Medical Imaging AI Annotation & Evaluation

• Apply diagnostic expertise to annotation, reference-report authoring, and evaluation work for clinical AI systems in medical imaging.
• Interpret imaging-based clinical cases with written reasoning, detailing diagnostic reasoning step by step.
• Label discrete findings in studies against a defined schema (presence, location, laterality, severity, and interval change).
• Author reference reports that a study should produce, serving as ground truth for evaluation.
• Review AI-generated reads against clinical standards, flagging hallucinated findings, missed findings, and unsupported certainty.
• Author grading criteria and guidelines to define what separates an excellent read from an acceptable one.
• Construct imaging questions that probe the limits of current model reasoning.

• MD or DO with completed diagnostic radiology residency.
• Board certified (ABR or equivalent) or board-eligible with residency complete.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in country of practice.
• 2+ years of post-residency experience reading independently.
• Currently or recently practicing with a record of high-volume independent reads.
• Precise command of structured reporting standards (BI-RADS, LI-RADS, Lung-RADS, TI-RADS and similar, as relevant to subspecialty).
• Written and spoken English fluency.
• Minimum 15 hours per week commitment.

• Fellowship subspecialty training in neuroradiology, musculoskeletal, body/abdominal, chest, breast, or pediatric imaging.
• U.S. licensure and board certification.
• Prior medical image annotation experience.
• Prior AI evaluation experience.
• Prior dataset curation experience.
• Teaching experience.
• Rubric design experience.
• Resident assessment experience.
• Published research.
• Sustained technical writing.
