We are looking for Private Equity Associate – Consumer & Leisure (France/Europe) candidates for a project delivered through the hiring partner.
What you'll do
- Build a working financial model of an assigned consumer / leisure transaction from a synthetic deal document pack
- Deliver an editable Excel workbook with live formulas, source references, and stated assumptions
- Peer-review two anonymized models from other contractors against a fixed set of criteria, with a short written rationale for each and a completed review scorecard
What you need
- Approximately 2 years investment banking (Consumer / Retail or generalist M&A — ideally Paris, London, or elsewhere in Europe)
- 1–2 years in mid-market or large-cap private equity
- Currently or recently an Associate at a mid-market or large-cap PE fund with a consumer / leisure / multi-site services focus (fitness clubs, owned vs. franchise, multi-site roll-ups)
- Able to build a financial model from source documents, without a template
Nice to have
- A Paris office or French deal experience is preferred
