What you'll do

  • Draft litigation documents—including motions, briefs, demand letters, and discovery materials—responsive to evolving commercial dispute scenarios, all under senior direction.
  • Develop and update case theory and strategy consistently across multiple turns based on emerging facts and instructions.
  • Identify and articulate rubric criteria, detailing what constitutes a strong and effective legal response at each stage.
  • Incorporate feedback and direction from senior professionals efficiently, refining submissions without extensive iteration.
  • Highlight ambiguities, missing information, or procedural hurdles for resolution by senior contributors or project leads.
  • Operate exclusively with public or synthetic case materials, maintaining confidentiality and legal best practices.
  • Adapt deliverables to simulate real-world litigation assignments as you would for a supervising partner’s review.

Nice to have

  • Demonstrated expertise producing high-quality work product for shareholder/LLC dispute matters.
  • Exceptional written English skills and fluency in legal drafting and argumentation.
  • Ability to synthesize direction and feedback swiftly, maintaining a high standard across complex litigation scenarios.
