  • Review and assess AI-generated technical responses for correctness, accuracy, and engineering relevance.
  • Apply practical engineering judgment to real-world design, analysis, and failure scenarios, along with theoretical problem contexts.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex, domain-specific issues, identifying ambiguities and proposing clarifications in technical statements and conditions.
  • Provide structured feedback and clear written and verbal explanations to support and enhance AI learning and reasoning capabilities.
  • Collaborate remotely with a network of technical experts and project participants to deliver high-quality domain input.
  • Document insights and recommendations to inform continuous model improvement and refinement of problem statements.

What you need

  • At least 5 years of hands-on technical experience in your domain, such as mechanical design, aerodynamic analysis, materials selection, or circuit/system development.
  • Professional-level English proficiency and exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in a relevant engineering discipline, or substantial industry experience (8+ years for Aerodynamics/Circuit Design/Mechanical Engineering; 5+ years for CAD/Mechanical Design).
  • Demonstrated track record in technical problem authoring (e.g., olympiad problem committees, licensure exam item writing, academic qualifying-exam authorship, standards committee roles, or technical competition leadership).
  • Flagship publications, patents, or industry awards recognized within your field, or evidence of technical rigor through competition results or committee service.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard engineering tools (e.g., AutoCAD, CAD suites, CFD/FEA software, EDA tools, or lab equipment) relevant to your specialty.
  • Experience working independently and remotely, contributing high-quality deliverables within required project timelines.
