We are looking for Computer & Information Systems Managers candidates for a project delivered through micro1.
What you'll do
- Develop comprehensive project plans for focused technology initiatives, outlining timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and oversee activities with external vendors, ensuring vendor deliverables meet established service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Guide and support project participants, fostering effective collaboration and resolving conflicts to keep the initiative on track.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks and facilitating timely decision-making.
- Deliver concise, actionable reports on status, risks, and outcomes to key stakeholders, both in written and verbal formats.
- Uphold quality standards across all phases of the project, ensuring objectives are met within scope and constraints.
- Contribute real-world insights and feedback to support the continuous improvement of AI models trained on technology management scenarios.
What you need
- No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Nice to have
- 6+ years leading multi-quarter technology initiatives with full cycle ownership, including planning, vendor coordination, and results delivery.
- Demonstrated expertise in team management, cross-functional leadership, and conflict resolution within complex projects.
- Proven track record of successful vendor management and negotiation, particularly with external technology providers.
- Strong familiarity with establishing, monitoring, and enforcing SLAs and reporting on vendor performance.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex progress updates for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience producing clear, actionable project documentation and executive-level reports.
- Background in contributing to or leading projects where insights informed process improvements or technology adoption decisions.
